

The next step is planning, The PLAN is the road map to your goals. But before we go there let's talk about Determination and Consistency. Most "diet programs" that are sold on infomercials offer your money back if your not satisfied after so many days. That is easy to do because initially "weight loss" is easy for the first few days and the first few pounds. A few modifications in calorie consumption and a little extra exercise will cause weight loss early on. But this is not success, only the start to a long road to success. How many times have you lost ten pounds and gained back fifteen pounds all in the same year? As we begin to develop our PLAN OF ATTACK, we must understand that this is a long term proposition. It took me almost twenty years to gain a hundred and thirty pounds, I knew I would need time to take off that much FAT!
